Convo essentials by ITSELF was worth every penny in my opinion. @Syndol is an awesome coder and has SOLID add ons.

Fully agreed. From what I've observed he's very good with support too. I just meant that with 1.2 things like post edit history and seeing who is in conversations, etc are now in the core product so perhaps an amalgamated one would be better. I run a not for profit fan site so the seperate packs are a bit out of my price range.

Understood, I run a not for profit site for disabled people though, so I understand, but still ... for me user essentials wasn't important, I am not sure why users should have so many options. But I use conversation essentials daily to hold kind of chat-room-like staff meetings and such.

I use a special staff forum where only my staff have permission to see it, I find it's better because any staff member can start a thread and get input. All I really want from User Essentials is the ability to allow users to edit their own thread title. I dont need the rest.

Then you are already covered in XF 1.2. :)
Yeah, I was going to say, can't you let the users edit their threads out of the box?
I have been running 1.2 since day 1 of my forum, so don't even know what 1.1 is like really, been running the last beta before RC1. I am now on RC2. It seems REALLY SOLID to me. I LOVE IT!

You will have to edit one PHP file and one template modification to do that.
If you are still interested then contact me via PC and I'll tell you how.

I'm having some problems with this and 1.2 changes. I have two lists of participants for every message, as well as 2 pins in every sticky, and the nav bar is overlapping causing some members to not be able to click.

@seneca - you must either still have TMS installed or you previously edited the templates manually.
As per the ReadMe file, you must revert those templates first before upgrading the xml file.

Ok, someone else was doing the install, can anybody tell me which templates I need to revert? There are a few conversation ones in red but I don't remember doing any mods there. I have modified my nav bar as you can tell in the above pic.

If you look in the zip for version 118 you will see a folder named Template Edits which has all the template names.
