Fixed Confirmation IP no longer tracked

As far as I can tell, XenForo 2 no longer logs the exact ip used to confirm an account to the xf_ip table. It is odd since XF logs most other major account changes

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.2).
