XF 2.2 Coming soon or password protect XF?

Hey guys, i'm building a new forum and I don't want people to see it until it's done.

Is there a setting within XF whereby I can turn the forum off but still access it or password protect etc?

AdminCP > Options > Board Active > Uncheck "Board is Active" -- You can still login as admin and do what you want. Others will see whatever message you put in "Inactive Board Message".

If you don't want people to see anything, then password protect the public section of your site through your webserver.

IMO, htaccess protect it. you don't want to get indexed as a dead page. better to not exist at all until its up.
