Fixed Color Palette helper is missing when editing admin templates

This could be as designed, but thought to report to be sure.
When I edit public templates, there is a Color Palette helper to quickly get the style properties names.



This seems to be missing when editing admin templates. Especially helpful when editing css things for your addons.
