Yes, ultimately I'd agree, it's a good thing Kevin is such a stand up guy.

First I didn't really say kevin is or isn't a stand up guy.....from where I stand in fact the last thing you said looks like one of those unfinished implied sentences...as in 'A is this...while B is this'...not cool.

pick out what is different....this is a private business arrangement between the two and not suitable for here in public conversation especially if your end is tied up.
As I have said...it is not your business to discuss in public in business relationship of two other individuals one who disclosed nothing other than he was unhappy with the situation...he chose to leave for whatever reason it be and I have heard from kevin in this thread exactly 0 times on this matter...and if you were not partner to their situation you just slinging mud here. I know nothing of the situation except what appears to be you talking for kevin after he refunded you(even if that is not what this is) ...and that still does not make me favor kevin it actually makes me think of drama and I stay away from drama when I can...if you really like kevin for what he did for you do him the favor and don't speak on it publicly...people with good money don't get it dirty and I don't want to buy anything online today....

My point is this is a public forum for a business and we are a community that build our own off of it, new people don't stick around for drama and that is my concern here...the community... maintaining it is important here...developers, aspiring developers, noobs and all users alike.
I thank Kevin for reimbursing you whether it be for his business reasons or if it be because he cares about the community and or his customers, what I don't care about is a personal relationship between him someone else and money. Talking publicly like this about these things is bad for everyone and their business...
