CODForums moves to xenForo!

I'm posting this a few days before ForumCon 2014 begins:

The DNS problems should be resolved. You should now be able to share facebook posts without problems including pre-identified images. Thanks @Mike Edge for all of his work, it consisted of going back and forth between NamesCheap staff and vice versa.

I've added a video to right column on mainpage.
I've updated @Brogan's popular Featured Threads which features sharing options and whatnot.
I've updated xenForo to the latest version (1.3.3).
EDIT: I've updated Tapatalk to 2.1.0.

And current forum stats are:

4,293 Threads
10,619 Posts
4,463 Members

On Sunday, the day before Advanced Warfare had it's multiplayer reveal (which can be seen below)...

...CODForums moved to a new server.

The current specs are:

2GB CPU (2x Cores)
2GB RAM
25GB Disk
5k Bandwidth
And a fast 1Gbps uplink port

:D

I hit a few snags, but I moved to SoftLayer's monster servers - Every question I ever asked, they helped me in every step of the way. Some directed me in the right direction, some meant doing things for me. This is what customer service should be!

I also upgraded CODForums to xenForo 1.3.5.

Just for reference to anyone wondering:

1st and 2nd year CODForums was on a server with 1.13GB CPU, 768MB RAM, 30GB, 500 Bandwitdth
3rd year CODForums was on a 1GB CPU/1GB RAM, 30 GB, 10GB hardware RAID10 SSD dedicated to MySQL, 800GB transfer, dedicated IP and private memcache port

I had to compromise only on Bandwidth, and 30GB disk.

With Advanced Warfare only 2-3 weeks away from release, CODForums has been revamped.

@Audentio did a great job with Tactical! :D

Looks great, but agree on the comments above regarding the background image. It's a whopping 4.7 MB!! You should definitely be able to get that down to under 1 MB..

Advanced Warfare is getting closer, and closer to release...

xenForo License renewed today, and now running....

Advanced Warfare is about 5 - 6 days away from release (depending on which SKU you're getting).

I've updated the skin (on CODForums) sometime this week, and I am ready for November.

Pre-ordered it (the trailers won me over) that and the fact I hit generation 10 (max level) on Titanfall and there's nothing to play for in the game until a new update comes on the 5th of Nov where a new game mode is being added, so advanced warfare will tide me over till then. Will give this a go in less than 3 hours.

I pre-ordered it from Amazon a few months ago... It was shipped today...

CODAWPS4Arrives.webp

Paid off my server today, and am about to purchase BCI (I know, not necessary since my box has a pooled bandwidth of 5000GB which to my understanding is 5TB, but my server went offline once during my stay with Softlayer due to spam attacks. I've also applied spam layers on xenForo and wordpress. Buying it "just in case" anything goes wrong.)

NRI with the game. Typical COD still. Online game play is standard small maps with run/gun.
I got it when I was pre-ordering Far Cry 4 - after saying I'd never buy another COD game. Will be taking it back to Game Stop in a few days to trade it in and pre-order Battlefield Hardline that's coming out in 2015.

I dumped Titanfall last month (got a few bucks for it from GameStop)... got burned out on it pretty quick.

Any reason why you never got it for the PC?
