Not a bug Code Errors in Conversation

On a forum I moderate, there are some errors in PM conversations:

I'll ask the staff if they restricted the member's PM conversation or not.

Ideally, we need the owner to report it as we'd need more information that you likely can't provide.

But how do you reproduce this error? (What are the steps?)

1. Click on a member's profile page.

2. Try to start a conversation

3. And then bug.

Only one member got it and it's not me.

This sounds like an issue specific to them. They will need to post in the troubleshooting forum or submit a ticket if they want us to look at it.

Yes this is the error i'm getting on my forum, naiwen is moderator and i don't know how to fix this. I have this addon installed:
Conversation on Moderator Action by Waindigo
Maybe this cause some issues?
