Cloudflare SSL Edge or Origin?

Hello. What type of certificate is suitable for the forum?

Generally, Edge cert is used at the Cloudflare end, and you install the Origin cert on your server, if you have configured Cloudflare to use Full (Strict)

Or you can use your own origin certificate - for example, using LetsEncrypt and then have Cloudflare just supply the edge certificate.
