Not a bug Clicking "Accept" on cookie notice as guest

This doesn't seem to be 100% consistent, but I've been able to replicate it several times (including in Incognito with no extensions enabled), when clicking "Accept" it's taking me to the login form and says that I must be logged in to do this

This kind of thing can happen more frequently because JS is being loaded in the footer. It means that pretty much the entirety of the page has to load first before any JS initialization can happen.

But it shouldn't be happening that frequently. I've perhaps seen it a handful of times, say, something I'd expect to load in an overlay just going directly to the page instead, particularly if I'm on a flaky connection.

I can't say I can particularly reproduce it when I'm trying to so I don't know if you have some other local factors at play.
