Fixed Chrome W7 Notices much to fast

This is introduced in Chrome 15 which is just released.
It wasn't in Chrome 14 yet.

Sure you're not using 15 already?
I tried with 14, and nothing unusual happened.
I tried with 15, and the bug appeared.

I had the same issue on Ubuntu 11.04+ using the latest firefox releases.
Notices behaved quite irritating so I had them closed recently. I don't know if the problem still exists on a system such as mine.

This is fixed and will be included in the next release.

This isn't Fixed, in the Test Forum the Notices Show messed up about times, sometimes 3sec, others 1,2sec.

In newest Chrome and in IE 8 this isn't right.

I must say too if I open a new tab or change, and Back to the forum tab, the Notices back to normal, what's wrong with they?
