What do you think about Google Chrome's Instant functionality?
How does the Instant feature work? With Instant enabled, most webpages begin loading as soon as you type a URL in theaddress bar (or "omnibox"), before you press Enter. In addition, if supported by your default search engine, search results and in-line predictions appear instantly as you type in the address bar.
I just tried it, as soon as I typed the letter 'x', it loaded XenForo. I think it's a pretty neat feature.

It's annoying when you do web development, because you get mixtures between certain versions of files, etc.
But for average browsing, it's pretty nice.
