Hi Dev. Team !

During my translation process I noticed a small bug :

• Concerned phrase: show_full_post_thread_editor
• Bug noticed: If an apostrophe is used in the translation text, it is represented by its numerical code equivalent ' in the tooltip when you fly-over the concerned button in forum > More options...
• For information: accented characters work properly
