Default theme and all plugins disabled.​

No one can fix something they can’t replicate.

You’d be better off opening a ticket if it is truly happening on a unmodified default style with all addons disabled.

looks like duplicated breadcrumb code.

look for outdated templates or add-ons causing this issue. This wont happened on unmodified default style for sure. if you share your forum url we might be able to look though the inspection tool.

Are you using any SEO related add-on? Have you made any template adjustment? is this the case with unmodified default style?

All you have to do is switch to the default XF style assuming you did not alter it and you can check if it happens. Something to remember for next time. Glad you fixed.

Perhaps if you followed the advice that was given, the issue would have been identified and resolved sooner.

It was quite clearly an issue related to customisation or modification, hence why you should have taken the steps you were advised to do so.
