XF 1.2 Cant log out of banned user account.

I was testing something today and created a user, banned them then logged in with that banned user.

Now I can't log out from that banned user. Every time I do go to "Log Out", it takes me to a page with the following url and a message saying "You have been banned": .../logout/?_xfToken=20254%2C1390966754%2Caf8d8beed9f04ac7e469d0224b25cf30f220d001

Is this intentional so that they can't log out and create a new user?

I believe it's intentional as you can't create another username without logging out.

I guess it can fool a few people. Too bad though they cant use the contact us form... I like to read the f u for banning me emails.

Well what it is you can't log out while banned apparently and that could be intentional or not. However the whole cookie auth thing isn't intentional its just how it works. Its the same on vB and probably any other software if you can't log out you have to clear the cookie.
