Can't log in to complete the install

Just uploaded the upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.0.4. Got to the intall login page, but my login wouldn't work. Now it tells me the account is temporarily locked out. Please help!

Update, apparently I'd been using the wrong password. How long do I need to wait to be un-locked out? This is my admin account, and my forums are non-functional because of it. Ack.
