XF 1.2 Can't Import Style

I can't import my forum's style into my local installation of xenforo 1.2 RC2

I am using Xenforo 1.2 RC2 on my forum. I was able to import my forum's skin in Xenforo 1.1.5 though.

False alarm.

Disabled Install and Upgrade by Waindigo. It's his addon that caused the problem I'll let him know.

It's an addon that caused the issue. I'm wondering if there is something in my style that's causing the issue because at one time that style had TMS edits (it no longer does, I checked in an old local installation of 1.1.5) .
