Lack of interest Cant comment deletion of post, when moderated

Especially new users have to learn how to behave. So it is important to comment the deletion of posts.
Also we moderated posts of new users.

And here is the problem!

We cant comment the deletion of a moderated post.
I have to accept it an€ then i can delete and comment it.

Is there any reason why it is like this?

Do you mean adding a reason for deleting the post?

You can do that in the thread view, which you can click through to from the moderation queue.
