Can't Buy License

Hello,

Starting today I wanted to be a customer in XenForo. I was about to buy my $140 License and checkout when paypal tells me this: http://prntscr.com/f4n193 and I have way more than enough funds to make the purchase.

This likely has nothing to do with XenForo. Seemingly, your payment was blocked by PayPal's internal security system. You should contact PayPal for support. They can look into it for you.

PayPal occasionally does things like this.

The funds you have, are they in your PayPal account or was it a card payment through your bank/credit card? If the latter, some people have success with funding their account directly through PayPal, first, and then making a payment from those PayPal funds.

The funds are in the pay pal account it's self. What they call Paypal balance.
