XF 1.0 Cant access forum after transfer

Hi,
Hoping someone might be able to help.

I downloaded all files from VPS1 and uploaded them to VPS2
I exported php database from VPS1 and imported to VPS2

Double checked config.php to make sure all details are correct.

Attempt to access site via VPS2 and get the following error:

An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later.

Double checked phpmyadmin on VPS2 and database has imported.

Any tips on where to start looking?

Thanks Brogan. Just stumbled across another thread with the same problem.

Just adding it to the VPS now
