XF 1.5 Cannot reply to conversations?

Hello,

Sometimes I receive a PM from someone but it doesn't give me the option to reply to them which then I have to start a new conversation with them. I've noticed it happens here and there, but not frequently. I'm not sure what's causing this either.

Example:

Blanked out personal information.

As you can see, there's no option for me to reply.

They've likely locked the conversation.
