XF 2.0 Cannot post in forums

I've just been through a second round of setting up my forum and had the same exact thing happen. I cannot post (as admin) to any of the forums, and I cannot register a new user either. Very weird. I have checked permissions and all seems fine. New user signups are enabled in settings.

I was able to test post once, which I deleted then proceeded to write a lengthy post, which now won't post. It attempts to post, but other than the cursor (three bars) top right, it does nothing.

Am I missing something super obvious here? I searched the forums here but this may just be a n00b error on my part, thanks in advance.

It looks like your server is returning a 500 error, though with no content. The response headers doesn't exactly look like XenForo's, at least not the normal one. This could indicate that PHP is crashing or that the request isn't actually reaching us for some reason. You may need to look in the raw web server/PHP error log for more details (or have your host do it).

Thanks Mike, that was definitely it. I disabled the AntiSpam plugin in XF2 and I can post and register again. Have sent details to Cleantalk.org to see if they can figure out the issue.
