As designed Cannot Insert Screenshots via Quick Edit

When I'm posting a message and use Print Screen to get a screenshot and I forget to insert the screenshot, if I go back and click Edit and right-click and choose Paste or use CTRL + V, nothing will happen. I have to go to More Options and insert it that way.

I doubt that its a bug since its always been that way.

In fact its likely as designed since the attachment manager isn't present in quick edit.

Although, RMS, it should be noted that there are plenty of fixed bugs that were "always that way."
