Cannot click on user name on forum

Hi. I have a user that I cannot click on his name in the forum to edit. It's only 1 user out of over 10,000 on the forum. Any help for this?

If the name is not linked to an account then the account has been deleted.

Account is active. User posts all the time. There's no popup on his name when I click it like every other user.
