XF 1.4 Can you exclude selected nodes from the main forum RSS feed?

I'm using the RSS feeds from my XF sites to post threads out to our social media sites.

At the moment everything gets pushed out, including our support and introduction forums. Is there any way to customise the feed URL to exclude these (and other) nodes?

Alternatively, is there an add-on that allows a feed to be customised to include / exclude selected nodes?

There are no options available for the global RSS feed - it would require an add-on (I'm not aware of one).
