Can xenforo set up my database and mysqli

not sure how to do it myself. If so how much $ to set those up?

The official installation service costs $50 and if necessary we will create the database instance as part of the service (typically if cPanel access is provided).

Yes I have cpanel I had to get a vps and I'm trying to figure everything out, it's so confusing!
