Can not see attachments, can not reply

Hello,
I am not able to reply on any thread. I can't even see any image, attachment. I don't know what's wrong with my account here.

Can anyone please resolve this issue?

From the FAQ at the top of the page:

Q: Why can't I post or access attachments in the the Customer forums (Community Support, Resources, Add-ons and Modifications)?
A: These forums are restricted to licensed customers only. Ensure you associate your forum account with your customer account here. If you are involved with the administration or running of a site in any way, you can ask the license holder to add your forum account to their customer account, which will then grant you the necessary access.
