XF 1.3 Can I move the "thead posted" and "report sent" dialogues down?

So when you post a thread or report something, a banner will appear at the top of the page saying "thread posted" or "report sent."

Is it possible to move that down in the page? I have a sticky nav bar that gets in the way of the dialogue when it appears.

You may try to play with the CSS z-index to make sure sticky nav-bar has lower z-index than the temporary notification.

Thank you for the idea, but the nav bar cannot use a position tag or it will break, so I can't use z-index.
