XF 2.0 call username in editor

I would like to replace write a reply... in reply_placeholder with the a note that would include username like for example

I {user}/{name} agree to abide by the forum rules. I tried doing that but it wont call the username. Is this even possible? if so how can I go about achieving that?

That data isn't available to that phrase. You'd likely need direct template edits, potentially bypassing phrases entirely.
