Phrase converting in editor to actual phrase

What the heck is wrong? I can't post a missing phrase here without it auto-completing in the message box (a secondary bug to the phrase missing from 2.3.6):

(Secondary bug if you put underscores in that in the message textbox, in about 2 seconds it converts the text into something that I didn't enter)

If I don't post it, the "13 minutes" will count up. It just hit 14 so I'm going to post.

Does it convert in a reply? Yes.

The phrase is now in my XF 2.3.6 upgrade (something must've failed).

However, the copy/paste of that line converting to real minutes in the message box (here where you type) still persists as a separate bug.

I can't nail it down to a specific time when it converts from the phrase to "X minutes ago", and sometimes it doesn't at all, but it does convert when it wants.

It's happening on XF.com as well, so unless they're running DigitalPoint add ons, it has to be with XenForo.
