I am told that Judge Real rarely hears oral argument at his motion hearings. The whole thing will probably take just a few minutes as he reads his ruling.

Once you have been told the outcome, will you be able to share it here?

Making sure I have this right. If the judge says dismissed with prejudice it is all over?

I know speculating on if this will happen is a waste of time but I can hope.

No. Nothing will end today. All that could happen today is a new beginning.

To put it very simply:

Plaintiff wishes to add a number of additional claims to the existing case, along with additional defendants. As there has already been a first amended complaint, they must seek leave from the Court to do so.

If the motion is granted, they can file their second amended complaint, and the additional claims and additional defendants will be added to the existing case. If it is denied, they can't, and the case will continue unchanged.
