I would sign too... I bailed because VB is crap. I looked at a number of choices and this is what I am investing my future into. Get the popcorn ready. I wish they would stream the testimonies...
 
did anyone notice that one of the pieces of evidence was a photo of the bags of trash in the office? Interesting how that will be relevant?
 
Another signature from me, I bailed vB because I was worried that if I left it any longer the re sale would have involved me paying someone to take over a licence :eek:
 
I jumped ship shortly after vb4 was released. I saw the terrible direction IB was taking vB. I still own my vb licenses but have not used them. I would rather not make money than sell them to some idiot on the internet who doesn't know better and gets screwed by IB after I sell them those licenses.

And what's this? They are virtually the only discussion board software on the interwebz? Umm...HELLO? Many people jumped ship to IPS's IP.Board and others had even gone the FREE route of PHPBB and MyBB.

Honestly...I wish I would have just held onto my site as 3.8 and converted to xF had I known xF was going to be another forum software :( Would have made my life very easy.

Items include witness lists, exhibit list and Memorandum of Contentions of Fact and Law by both Plaintiff and Defendants. If you want a summary, read both memorandums. Scott MacVicar is a witness in capacity of "Independent XenForo software development". Steve Machol is also a witness. Jelsoft's Percival and Limm also named as witnesses by Plaintiff. Plaintiff has not mentioned Scott Molinari as witness, whereas Defedants has.
