Shame I can't see it, I would have thought that being able to post on a business forum then having view permissions taken away because I am no longer a license holder would have somehow breached my privacy rights because I am unable to view comments directed at myself.
Oh well guess I miss out on this one.

Not missing much.. Only 6 replies... here's the highlights..
Now as we know the main goal is offering new paid stuff to increase income instead of making the core product better here some additional ideas:
- Offering the old editor, let's call it "writing app" / 50$ one time fee (brings in maybe 2000$)
- Twitter app / 30$ yearly fee (brings in maybe 5000$)
- vBulletin styles / each style 70$ one time fee (brings in maybe 50.000$)
- activity app showing what all members are doing on an extra page / 69$ one time fee (brings in maybe 15.000$)
And a new slogan for IB:
"We don't know how to improve the product but we know well how to make the most bucks out of it"
Here are a few more ideas:
- Up to date documentation (released with every update) $35 per update (does not include release notes, which is an extra charge)
- Release notes per upgrade $10 per update
- Access to a private forums where the Sr. management offers communication with their "extra paying customers" Yearly subscription $25 (we do not guaranteethat any of your questions, will be answered correctly, if at all)
- Enhanced CMS functionality (code for working) $100 - one time fee
- Jumla or Wordpress bridge - $45 one time fee
- Access to "Road Map" $3 per view (will change often, without notice. Some times in the wrong direction)
- Being notified by a court representative that you are being sued (Employees and Ex Employees only) free
- Downloads will not be charged an additional fee of $.20 a Kbytes per download (We are also discontinuing image free downloads, you'll have to download the whole damn thing)
And last but not least, the release of vB5. $250 per year, however if you act now, you can get vB5 for $199 (1st year only) sight unseen (will be released "soon")
Social group enhancement for $200. Renewals $50/yearly for that part alone.

Legal expenses insurance. I'm not sure if xenforo have any, but given how smart the team is, I would take a guess that they probably took some out

Either that or Professional Indemnity insurance, which coincidentally I've got through Hiscox as well!

Won't happen... 12 months on and still not one ounce of evidence submitted to a court, hence we would know about it via court documents if it existed.
I really want to see the stuff that's not on PACER.

Lynn's deposition was interesting, in the least, but it generally weakened the case.
Ugh, two new documents on PACER, they've been filed and entered: Application to Seal, Order on Application to Seal (document) - probably having to do with the Ex Parte application to seal.
