California Case Update

Plaintiff wishes to add a number of additional claims to the existing case, along with additional defendants. As there has already been a first amended complaint, they must seek leave from the Court to do so.

If the motion is granted, they can file their second amended complaint, and the additional claims and additional defendants will be added to the existing case. If it is denied, they can't, and the case will continue unchanged.

I will close my board before I stop using XenForo software, regardless of the outcome of any lawsuit. It's the only paltform I've found that I really liked to use as an admin that my users also thought we worth using.
