Buying a License

Hi,

I have been trying most of the afternoon to buy a XF License - without success.

keeps saying after submitting the form at https://xenforo.com/purchase/

No customer could be found with that email address

please help and advise please

Unless you already have an account, you just need to add the license to the cart then checkout and the account will be created during the process.

Thanks Brogan - Do you mean a license or a forum account?
Either way I have tried both ways and keep getting that message. Also tried on my laptop and on my phone and on 2 different browsers on each - Failed everytime!!

The customer accounts and forum accounts are separate.

Just add the license to the cart, checkout, and fill in your details.

I can't reproduce that at all - the form submits and I am then directed to check out via PayPal.

Well after using Microsoft Edge (which I have not used for ages!) it finally worked
