The ONLY way will be to find someone out of country that will process the payment for you using your login credentials....
But honestly... maybe one should think about working to change the idiot in charge of your country. I have seriously given consideration to blocking access from ANY country related to Russia... directly or by "being a friend to them".

The Russians aren't a race.

The sanctions are aimed not only at the Russian government, but also at it's citizens. It's supposed to be difficult on them, with the goal they'll put pressure on their former KGB dictator to end their invasion against Ukraine.
