Fixed Bookmarking Tags

I've discovered this applies for both threads (core XF) and also Resource Manager. My initial find was in Resource Manager as when I intend to upgrade addons, I tag what I need and then work from the list in my bookmarks. I'm lazy enough not to remove the old tags most of the time, but it was only today I noticed that the tags don't display all that great.



Also, when posting this thread - It's also apparent in tags here. So it's basically just the entire tagging system, I guess.



Obviously the tags shouldn't be obscuring the functional buttons.

I understand this is an edge case, and one could simply say 'Don't put that many tags then!' - but it's not the point. This isn't graceful handling.

Our bug bot is (was) broken! This is fixed for Beta 2.

this also affects the tag manager for threads. good to know this is now marked as fixed!
