XF 2.1 Missing bookmarking after v2.0.12 to v2.1 upgrade

Hi, all. I'm hoping that someone here might have some suggestion for how I might proceed.

1. I was using AndyB's "Bookmark" addon under v2.0.12 (and earlier) before performing the upgrade to v2.1.
2. AndyB's addon was installed at the time of the upgrade (if I could take that back now, I would!)
3. After upgrading to v2.1 and seeing that v2.1 had added native Bookmarking (Yay!) I removed AndyB's addon.
4. Now... there is no sign of any v2.1 bookmarking function. No icon, etc.

I've performed a full rebuild but nothing changed... still no Bookmarking function. If anyone has any thoughts about what I might be able to do I'll happily try anything to get XF v2.1's native bookmarking working. Thanks all!!

AndyB found/knew the problem. I didn't realize that bookmarking/bookmark viewing was a privilege that might not be granted. Yay!
