Lack of interest Multiple filter by tags in bookmarks

By unknown reason, filter for bookmarks by tag is available only by one tag:

It makes no sense to hang tags, if you cannot filter by several at once.

My suggestion is to move this to options (currently it's uses default value "1" for arg maxTokens when calling a macros bookmark_macros::filter).
