There is no option for that. You can force it on left side by adding this code to extra.css

#logoBlock #logo a, #logoBlock #logo div { margin-left: 0 !important; }

Create new icon, change it in style properties -> message layout -> likes icon

Probably it is set as inline or inline-block element. Wrap your ad in div

Upgrades: for a year, then it costs $10 to renew license for another year
Showcase: yes. In current version you need to enable it by checking appropriate option in style properties -> addons.

Edit that file without making any changes.

Code changed in 1.3 does not apply to that style, so in 1.3 update I simply bumped version number and edit time without editing that file.

To update from previous version you only need to import new xml file. No other files were changed.

Yes. Style properties -> general -> page width controller. Enter width value in pixels.
