If you have a node that is closed for new messages, you'll see a note at the bottom page, saying:
(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)
It's a little confusing, as members might think that the option to post here is unavailable for them, but available for others. While actually even super-admins can't post there.
Wouldn't it be more informative just to mention that the forum isn't open for new messages?
