If the user watches the thread, they should receive an alert regarding watched thread and the tagged alerts will be skipped.

make sense. but that is not the case. They do not get the alert at all.If the user watches the thread, they should receive an alert regarding watched thread and the tagged alerts will be skipped.
No alerts at all? Hmm, I will need to check it when that happen. Can you ask your member to notify you when they notice it and you contact me right away?make sense. but that is not the case. They do not get the alert at all.
its just keeps on happening. I am actually doing a test with another user right now... tagging her every minute to see if she receives the alerts. It is seems to be working now. weird thing is, max tag per message is set to 2 for both of us. but both of us were successful to send and receive more than 2 tags per message. No alerts at all? I can only think of the max tag per post permission.its just keeps on happening. I am actually doing a test with another user right now... tagging her every minute to see if she receives the alerts. For usergroup tag, what should be other settings I should be looking at, other than members allowed to tag usergroup.
when it says max tag per message. by message does it mean post or thread ? If it post then it make sense. Because permission says you cannot send tag to more than 2 user per message and usergroup got 400 members.I can only think of the max tag per post permission.
It is per post. Yes, that what I meant up abovewhen it says max tag per message. by message does it mean post or thread ? If it post then it make sense. Because permission says you cannot send tag to more than 2 user per message and usergroup got 400 members.

https://xfrocks.com/resources/bd-tag-me-for-xenforo-1-1-and-earlier.6/What version of Tag Me is compatible with XF 1.1.5?
Which version are you using?@xfrocks
Ran into a slight problem after installing. After tagging on someone's profile (suggestion list displays usernames properly, etc), it will give - [10000:iMoses]. We had this error on 1.1 but someone fixed it without documenting it. Any insight? Thanks in advance!
XF 1.2.4 with Tag Me 2.1.0bWhich version are you using?
same issue here since first 1.2-versions, just related to group tagging. Even with small groups (max 20) and unlimited users to tag.Users complain that they do no receive group tag all the time, but sometimes. How do I fix that?

ACP > Options > User RegistrationI managed to get it working today but I think there is something worth mentioning:

this checkbox is not ticked my default when you install the add-on......and without this ticked...it does not work! (this is in "contact details")
also there is a bit of a grammatical error, it should read "Receive email when your name is mentioned"
so does anyone know how to globally turn this tick box "on" and then it works! and visitors can decide to turn it off when they get there first alert/email?
thanks
