Fixed BBCode media sites not working in moderation queue editor

When I edit a message within the moderation queue /moderation-queue/, bbcode media site replacements don't work.

I assume it's "by design", becase the bbcode was never replaced in moderation queue

It's just some users write some good content and in the moderation queue I add some webpages which are then translated by the media sites engine. It would be very useful for me.

I never use bbcodes for my bbcode sites. I use that system to translate URLs

BBCode "Media BBCodes" are an insult for users, so difficult to manage.

On my community members copy and paste URLs, the rest my system is doing for them.

I've added auto linking here (which does auto embedding as well). Since editing the post directly would trigger the same behavior, I think that's reasonable.
