XF 2.1 Banner wrap

How do you wrap a banner?

I saw a few tuts and they did it like this:

.userBanner.Manager
{
    color: white;
    background-color: red;
    border-color: red;
    font-weight: bold;
}

yet it puts out a banner without the wrapping part

For me this code work, as you can see in my screen (default style). Do you have another code that modify this area ?

It's hosted locally. What do you mean with "default CSS"? Don't you have the custom css box ticked in?

I didn't modify the CSS, so it's the default one on the theme ^^
