Not sure if this is a bug or a bad setting.
If you try to search for a user who is banned via the members list, you get a note that the member cannot be found.
This also occurs for a user who has been rejected on registration.
I know that you can still find the user via the AdminCP but not all moderators have access to that.
Is there a way to change this?
