Lack of interest Shared IP with rejected users not clickable

Not sure if this is a bug or left intentionally. In approval queue, a newly registered user sharing an IP with a previously rejected user, that previous username showing between bracket is not clickable. I think logically it should be clickable so mods and admin can click on the username and get redirected to that user profile to check threads and posts, why that user was rejected/banned so they can act accordingly.
