XF 2.2 Banned User question

Hello
We banned to two members this morning but they are not showing up on banned user list.

"There are no banned users." is appearing.

If you pull up one of them and go to the Change Log tab on the user account, what does the history show? I had a permabanned user that I discovered was unbanned, apparently by me (must have been an accident because we certainly don't want him back yet). The change log told the whole sad story.
