A user was banned and he is spamming me via the contact form. Account marked spam, I even blocked the same IP address shown in every spam email via the contact form, in the server firewall globally. Somehow, he is still able to access the form. How do I resolve this?
When choosing CAPTCHA Q&A (not sure if the other CAPTCHA options are the same, not used for the contact form) please make it possible to use CAPTCHA Q&A with the contact form as well.
