Balancing out rss cron feed jobs

I have around 10 rss feeds set to every every 30 minutes.

Do all feeds run at once or in a queue?

Just wondering if it's possible to balance out the load more.

I think it may be down to luck as to when the feeds would run, but depending on how busy your forums are, it's likely that they'd all gravitate to running together. I'm not really sure if there's a great way to prevent that from happening.
