XF 2.0 Cron jobs not running

Hello - it seems that my cron jobs aren't running on their own. All of them have a 'next run date' of 24-72 hours in the past. In another thread, it was suggested to manually run <forum>/job.php -- When I do that, it returns: {"more":true}. Do I keep running the php until it's {"more":false}?

Is there something else I should be looking at?

Also, I tried turning the cron jobs off in the adminCP and then back on again, and the 'next run' did update to a future date/time, however that date/time passed and they haven't run.

This is a live board, not a dev/test one, and according to Google Analytics, there are approx 1k users/day. The built-in stats show 0 users per day, which I know is not true.

Any ideas as to why my 'users active' would drop to 0, and (in theory) cause cron jobs not to run?

Should I open a ticket on this? It all seems to have started right around when installed v2.0.6a.
