XF 1.4 Bad Link Popup

So, my co-admin has started experiencing an issue where a box for urls will pop up randomly when she's in the bbcode editor. It grays out the entire screen, and when she tries to close the popup, it goes away, but the rest of the window becomes unresponsive. She can't click or edit anything and all she can do is refresh the page and lose the post she was working on.

This is what she's seeing:

As far as she knows, she's not clicking on anything to make that pop up. It just seems to happen randomly.

That doesn't appear to be default functionality.

Disable all add-ons and test in a completely default unedited style.
